WELCOME
Welcome to the Tri-Lingual Community.
Our mission is simple:
To help people stop studying languages and start speaking them.
This community exists to support language learners through encouragement, conversation practice, cultural exchange, accountability, and shared learning experiences.
By participating in any Tri-Lingual community, including but not limited to private groups, forums, mobile applications, membership communities, events, coaching groups, and online discussions, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
BE RESPECTFUL
Treat all members, Conversation Partners, coaches, moderators, and staff with respect.
We encourage:
• Positive communication
• Constructive feedback
• Cultural curiosity
• Patience with learners
• Encouragement and support
We do not tolerate:
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Intimidation
• Personal attacks
• Hate speech
• Discrimination
• Threats
• Abusive language
SUPPORT LEARNING
This community exists to help people improve their language skills.
Members are encouraged to:
• Ask questions
• Share learning tips
• Practice conversations
• Celebrate progress
• Help other learners
• Share cultural insights
Members should avoid disrupting discussions or intentionally discouraging others.
NO SPAM OR SELF-PROMOTION
Unless expressly authorized by Tri-Lingual, members may not:
• Advertise products
• Promote services
• Post affiliate links
• Recruit members for other programs
• Solicit business opportunities
• Promote competing language programs
• Send unsolicited direct messages
Unauthorized promotion may result in immediate removal.
RESPECT CULTURAL DIFFERENCES
Language learning often involves exposure to different cultures, customs, traditions, and perspectives.
Members should:
• Remain open-minded
• Show respect toward different cultures
• Avoid offensive stereotypes
• Avoid inflammatory comments regarding nationality, ethnicity, religion, or politics
KEEP CONVERSATIONS APPROPRIATE
The community is intended for educational purposes.
Members may not post:
• Pornographic content
• Sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence
• Illegal content
• Obscene material
• Offensive imagery
• Content harmful to minors
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Members may not use the community to:
• Violate laws
• Promote illegal activity
• Commit fraud
• Engage in identity theft
• Distribute malware
• Infringe intellectual property rights
PROTECT PRIVACY
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not share:
• Personal contact information
• Private conversations
• Screenshots of private communications
• Financial information
• Confidential information without permission.
CONVERSATION PARTNERS AND TUTORS
Conversation Partners, tutors, coaches, and staff are here to support learning.
Members are expected to:
• Treat instructors respectfully
• Maintain professional interactions
• Avoid harassment or inappropriate conduct
Tri-Lingual reserves the right to remove members who engage in inappropriate behavior toward staff or contractors.
COMMUNITY CONTENT
By posting content within the community, you grant Tri-Lingual a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the operation of the community.
You remain responsible for the content you post.
NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
Community discussions may contain opinions, experiences, and educational suggestions from other members.
Tri-Lingual does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
Members should exercise independent judgment when relying on information shared by others.
MODERATION
Tri-Lingual reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• Edit content
• Remove content
• Restrict participation
• Suspend accounts
• Remove members
• Close discussions
• Disable access with or without prior notice.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Tri-Lingual may suspend or terminate community access for any reason, including:
• Violation of these Guidelines
• Harassment of members
• Disruptive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse of staff or contractors
• Activities deemed harmful to the community
No refund shall be due solely because community access has been revoked for violation of these Guidelines.

If you encounter behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it to:

CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
Tri-Lingual reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time.
Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any revised Guidelines.
