Tri-Lingual, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy rights of our customers, students, members, website visitors, and mobile application users.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how individuals may request the deletion of personal information maintained by Tri-Lingual, LLC and how such requests are processed.

REQUESTING DATA DELETION

Individuals may request deletion of their personal information at any time by submitting a request to:

Deletion of account data may be irreversible.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Tri-Lingual, LLC utilizes various third-party service providers and technology platforms to operate its business.

Examples may include:

• Marketing platforms

• Community platforms
• Mobile application providers
• Analytics providers
• Cloud storage providers
• Artificial intelligence providers
• Email and SMS providers

While Tri-Lingual, LLC will make reasonable efforts to request deletion of personal information maintained by third-party providers when applicable, we do not own, operate, or control these independent systems.

Accordingly:

• We cannot guarantee deletion from third-party systems.
• We cannot guarantee deletion from backups maintained by third parties.
• We cannot guarantee deletion from systems outside our control.

LIMITATIONS

Tri-Lingual, LLC cannot guarantee complete deletion of information from:

• Archived backups
• Historical logs
• Third-party systems
• Legal records
• Regulatory records
• Fraud prevention systems
• Security monitoring systems

Where complete deletion is not possible, we will take reasonable steps to limit further processing of the information.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Tri-Lingual, LLC reserves the right to update this Data Deletion Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website, membership portals, and mobile applications.
